Kami tidak menjual datamu dan tidak menukarnya. Topik, naskah, dan video yang kamu buat tidak kami kirimkan ke jaringan iklan.
ReelKan Online versi gratis menampilkan iklan, dan iklan itulah yang membiayai layanannya. Iklan disediakan pihak ketiga, Adsterra. Pelanggan paket Bebas Iklan tidak menerima kode iklan sama sekali — penyaringannya dilakukan di server, jadi kodenya memang tidak pernah dikirim ke browsermu.
Kode iklan berjalan langsung di browsermu. Artinya penyedia iklan dapat melihat sendiri hal-hal yang lazim terlihat oleh situs mana pun yang kamu buka:
Data itu tidak kami kirimkan — ia terlihat oleh penyedia iklan karena kodenya berjalan di perangkatmu. Kami tidak menerima kembali data tersebut dalam bentuk yang bisa dikaitkan ke satu orang. Penyedia iklan dapat memakainya untuk memilih dan mengukur iklan, termasuk kemungkinan menyesuaikannya dengan minat; hal itu diatur oleh kebijakan mereka sendiri, bukan kebijakan ini. Saat kamu menyambungkan YouTube, TikTok, atau Facebook, kami menyimpan token yang diberikan platform tersebut. Token itu dipakai hanya untuk mengunggah video yang kamu minta unggah. Kami tidak membaca, menghapus, atau mengubah konten lain di akunmu. Kamu bisa memutus sambungan kapan saja dari halaman Pengaturan, dan tokennya kami hapus saat itu juga.
Kamu berhak meminta salinan datamu, memperbaiki yang keliru, atau menghapus akun beserta seluruh isinya. Kirim permintaan ke halo@reelkan.com dari alamat email akunmu; kami tanggapi dalam 30 hari.
Layanan ini tidak ditujukan untuk anak di bawah 13 tahun, dan kami tidak dengan sengaja mengumpulkan data mereka.

What we never store: passwords (sign-in goes through Google, we never see them) and card or bank details (payments are handled by lynk.id).
To produce a video, some of your data is sent to third-party services. We send only what is needed:
We do not sell or trade your data. The topics, scripts and videos you create are not sent to any ad network.
The free version of ReelKan Online shows ads, and those ads are what pay for the service. Ads are supplied by a third party, Adsterra. Ad-Free subscribers receive no ad code at all — the filtering happens on the server, so the code is never sent to your browser in the first place.
Ad code runs directly in your browser. That means the ad provider can itself see the things any website you visit would see:
We do not send them that data — it is visible to the ad provider because the code runs on your device. We do not receive it back in a form that can be tied to an individual. The ad provider may use it to select and measure ads, possibly including interest-based personalisation; that is governed by their policy, not this one. See the Adsterra privacy policy.
How to opt out: block third-party cookies in your browser settings, use an ad blocker, or remove ads entirely by subscribing to the Ad-Free plan. Blocking third-party cookies does not affect video creation — the ReelKan guest cookie is not a third-party cookie.
When you connect YouTube, TikTok or Facebook, we store the token that platform issues. That token is used only to upload the videos you ask us to upload. We do not read, delete or modify any other content in your account. You can disconnect at any time from the Settings page, and the token is deleted immediately.
You may request a copy of your data, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your account and everything in it. Email halo@reelkan.com from your account address; we respond within 30 days.
This service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes, we update the date above. For material changes we notify active users by email.
