Dengan memakai ReelKan AI, kamu setuju dengan ketentuan di halaman ini. Kalau ada yang tidak kamu setujui, mohon jangan memakai layanan ini.

1. Layanan

ReelKan AI membuat video pendek vertikal secara otomatis dari topik yang kamu ketik: naskah, footage, suara, subtitle, dan caption. Tersedia dalam dua bentuk:

• ReelKan Online — berjalan di server kami, gratis dan dibiayai iklan. Tersedia paket berbayar untuk menghilangkan iklan.
• ReelKan Self Hosted — kode sumber yang kamu pasang dan jalankan di komputermu sendiri, bayar sekali.

2. Akun

ReelKan Online tidak memerlukan akun. Tanpa login, videomu ditandai lewat cookie di browser yang kamu pakai; kalau cookie itu hilang — dihapus, ganti browser, atau mode samaran — videonya tidak bisa dijangkau lagi, dan kami tidak punya cara mengembalikannya.

Akun (login Google) hanya dibutuhkan untuk paket berbayar dan untuk mengakses videomu dari perangkat lain. Kamu bertanggung jawab menjaga akses ke akun Google tersebut. Satu akun untuk satu orang; jangan dibagikan. Usia minimum 13 tahun.

3. Pembayaran dan masa berlaku

• Pembayaran diproses lewat lynk.id. Paket diaktifkan pada akun dengan email yang sama dengan email pembelian.
• Paket Bebas Iklan adalah langganan bulanan seharga Rp 99.000 per bulan, berlaku 30 hari sejak pembayaran — bukan akses selamanya. Yang dibeli adalah hilangnya iklan dan prioritas antrean, bukan jatah video, karena tidak ada jatah video.
• Perpanjangan dilakukan manual oleh pengguna. Tidak ada penagihan otomatis dan tidak ada data kartu yang kami simpan, jadi tidak ada langganan yang perlu dibatalkan — berhenti membayar berarti paketnya berakhir sendiri di akhir bulan berjalan.
• Perpanjangan menyetel ulang masa berlaku menjadi 30 hari sejak pembayaran terbaru, bukan menambahkannya ke sisa yang ada.
• ReelKan Self Hosted dibayar sekali. Kamu boleh terus memakai versi yang sudah kamu miliki tanpa batas waktu.
• Harga dapat berubah. Perubahan harga tidak berlaku surut untuk pembelian yang sudah selesai.

4. Penggunaan wajar

ReelKan Online tidak memiliki kuota bulanan, tetapi kapasitas servernya dipakai bersama. Supaya tetap bisa dipakai semua orang, berlaku batasan berikut:

• Jumlah video yang diproses bersamaan dari satu browser dibatasi. Kamu tetap boleh membuat sebanyak yang kamu mau, satu giliran demi satu giliran.
• Permintaan yang diotomatiskan (skrip, bot, antrean massal) dan usaha memakai banyak browser atau perangkat untuk melewati batas di atas tidak diperbolehkan, dan dapat kami perlambat atau hentikan.
• Akses ke ReelKan Online tidak boleh dijual kembali atau dijadikan layanan atas nama pihak lain. Untuk kebutuhan itu tersedia ReelKan Self Hosted.
• Pemakaian yang secara nyata mengganggu ketersediaan layanan bagi pengguna lain dapat kami batasi tanpa pemberitahuan lebih dulu.

5. Penyimpanan video

Berkas video disimpan 7 hari sejak selesai dibuat, lalu dihapus otomatis. Ini berlaku untuk pemakai gratis maupun berlangganan. Unduh video yang ingin kamu simpan; kami tidak menyediakan pemulihan berkas yang sudah terhapus.

6. Konten yang kamu buat

Video yang kamu hasilkan adalah milikmu. Kami tidak mengklaim kepemilikan atasnya dan tidak memakainya untuk promosi tanpa izinmu.

Kamu bertanggung jawab penuh atas isi video yang kamu buat dan ke mana kamu menyebarkannya, termasuk memastikan isinya tidak melanggar hukum atau hak orang lain.

7. Lisensi aset (penting)

Footage dan musik diambil dari sumber gratis berlisensi terbuka. Untuk musik, ReelKan hanya memakai lagu berlisensi CC BY, yang mewajibkan pencantuman kredit pembuatnya.

Baris kredit itu otomatis ditempelkan ke deskripsi video. Kalau kamu menghapusnya, penggunaan lagu tersebut menjadi pelanggaran lisensi — dan itu menjadi tanggung jawabmu, bukan kami.

8. Yang tidak boleh dibuat

• Konten ilegal, memfitnah, atau melanggar hak cipta dan merek orang lain.
• Konten yang menyesatkan soal fakta penting (kesehatan, keuangan, hukum) atau meniru identitas orang/organisasi nyata.
• Konten seksual yang melibatkan anak, ujaran kebencian, atau ajakan kekerasan.
• Spam massal atau otomatisasi yang melanggar ketentuan platform tujuan.

Kami berhak menangguhkan akun yang memakai layanan untuk hal-hal di atas.

9. Unggah ke media sosial

Fitur unggah otomatis hanya berjalan saat kamu memerintahkannya dan setelah kamu menyambungkan akunmu sendiri. Saat mengunggah, kamu juga tunduk pada ketentuan platform tujuan (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook). Pelanggaran ketentuan platform tersebut berada di luar kendali kami.

10. Ketersediaan layanan

Kami berusaha menjaga layanan tetap berjalan, tetapi tidak menjanjikan tanpa gangguan. Layanan bergantung pada pihak ketiga (penyedia AI, sumber footage, platform media sosial) yang bisa berubah atau berhenti sewaktu-waktu. Kalau layanan dihentikan permanen, kami memberi tahu pengguna aktif lewat email.

11. Batasan tanggung jawab

Layanan disediakan apa adanya. Sejauh diizinkan hukum, tanggung jawab kami atas kerugian yang timbul dari penggunaan layanan dibatasi maksimal sebesar jumlah yang kamu bayarkan kepada kami dalam 12 bulan terakhir.

Hasil AI bisa keliru. Periksa sendiri isi naskah dan caption sebelum kamu menerbitkannya.

12. Hukum yang berlaku

Ketentuan ini tunduk pada hukum Republik Indonesia.

13. Perubahan

Ketentuan ini bisa berubah. Tanggal di atas menandai versi terakhir; perubahan berarti diberitahukan lewat email ke pengguna aktif.

By using ReelKan AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the service.

1. The service

ReelKan AI automatically produces short vertical videos from a topic you type: script, footage, voice-over, subtitles and captions. It comes in two forms:

• ReelKan Online — runs on our servers, free and supported by ads. A paid plan is available to remove the ads.
• ReelKan Self Hosted — source code you install and run on your own computer, paid once.

2. Accounts

ReelKan Online does not require an account. Without signing in, your videos are identified by a cookie in the browser you use; if that cookie is lost — cleared, a different browser, or a private window — those videos can no longer be reached, and we have no way to restore them.

An account (Google Sign-In) is only needed for the paid plan and to reach your videos from another device. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure. One account per person; do not share it. Minimum age is 13.

3. Payment and validity

• Payments are processed by lynk.id. The plan is activated on the account whose email matches the purchase email.
• The Ad-Free plan is a monthly subscription at Rp 99,000 per month, valid for 30 days from payment — not lifetime access. What you buy is the removal of ads and queue priority, not a video allowance, because there is no video allowance.
• Renewal is manual. There is no automatic billing and we store no card details, so there is no subscription to cancel — stopping payment simply ends the plan at the end of the current month.
• Renewing resets the validity to 30 days from the newest payment rather than adding to what is left.
• ReelKan Self Hosted is a one-time purchase. You may keep using the version you own indefinitely.
• Prices may change. Price changes are not applied retroactively to completed purchases.

4. Fair use

ReelKan Online has no monthly quota, but its server capacity is shared. To keep it usable for everyone, the following limits apply:

• The number of videos processed at the same time from one browser is limited. You may still make as many as you like, one batch after another.
• Automated requests (scripts, bots, bulk queueing) and attempts to use multiple browsers or devices to get around the limit above are not permitted, and may be slowed down or stopped.
• Access to ReelKan Online may not be resold or operated as a service on behalf of others. ReelKan Self Hosted exists for that purpose.
• Usage that materially degrades availability for other users may be restricted without prior notice.

5. Video storage

Video files are kept for 7 days after they are produced, then deleted automatically. This applies to free and paid users alike. Download what you want to keep; we do not offer recovery of deleted files.

6. Content you create

The videos you produce are yours. We claim no ownership over them and will not use them for promotion without your permission.

You are fully responsible for what your videos contain and where you publish them, including ensuring they do not break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

7. Asset licensing (important)

Footage and music come from free, openly licensed sources. For music, ReelKan uses CC BY licensed tracks only, which require crediting the creator.

That credit line is attached to the video description automatically. If you remove it, your use of the track becomes a licence violation — and that is your responsibility, not ours.

8. What you may not create

• Illegal or defamatory content, or content infringing copyright or trademarks.
• Content that misleads on material facts (health, finance, legal) or impersonates real people or organisations.
• Sexual content involving minors, hate speech, or incitement to violence.
• Bulk spam or automation that violates the destination platform's rules.

We may suspend accounts used for any of the above.

9. Uploading to social media

Automatic upload runs only when you instruct it and after you have connected your own account. When uploading, you are also bound by the destination platform's terms (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook). Violations of those platform terms are outside our control.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted access. The service depends on third parties (AI providers, footage sources, social platforms) that may change or shut down. If we discontinue the service permanently, we will notify active users by email.

11. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

AI output can be wrong. Review scripts and captions yourself before publishing.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

13. Changes

These terms may change. The date above marks the latest version; material changes are announced by email to active users.
